After receiving the certificate of authenticity; It is not possible to return these artworks as they are included the category of collectible items,
However, an artwork can be resold with the artist's permission, in accordance with the conditions of use and rights shared and mentioned on provided certificate of authenticity .
Refunds are only possible for artworks that have been booked and not yet sent with a shipment company..
It is possible to purchase an artwork as a commission. In this process, a prepayment meeting is made and 20% of the total fee is received. In case of cancellation of the order, there is no refund of the prepayment amount of commission artworks.
You can purchase the artwork from our studio, by examining it beforehand. If the original artworks are sent by courier, all responsibility belongs to the buyer who requested it.
